Architectural Review Submission

If you're considering any changes or additions to the exterior of your property at Landis Farm, please review the following guidelines before proceeding.

When to Submit a Request
The Board recommends submitting an Architectural Review form if your proposed changes are either or both of the following:

Visible from outside your unit
Permanent in nature

How to Submit
For the quickest response time, all ARC requests must be submitted through the CAMCO Management Owner’s Portal via the steps below:

Go to this link: https://portal.camcomgmt.com/home/login
Select “Requests” on the left side of the page
Select “ARC Request”
Complete the online form
Attached all required documentation (including the ARC form that is available below)
Select “Submit Form”

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the Community Manager via “Requests” in the portal or by phone at 717-824-3071.

What Happens Next
Your submission will be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). If additional information is needed, the ARC or Community Manager will reach out to you directly.

Please note: All exterior changes are subject to review and may be denied if they do not align with community standards.

Examples of Changes That Require Review

Landscaping (refer to the “Landscape Guidelines” on the Association website)
Exterior modifications to your home
Playsets, modular basketball hoops, and athletic equipment (if visible and used for more than three days)
Any other visible additions or alterations to units or common areas

Aesthetic Standards and Ordinance Compliance
Both the legal documents and the guidelines do not list all the possible changes and additions that can be done to the visible elements of our units. The ARC Committee and Executive Board are tasked with upholding the general aesthetic appeal of the community and to guide unit owners to ensure that the changes/alterations they desire are in accordance with all Township/County/State ordinances.
